A wonderful 18ct75% pure gold (or 750 parts pure gold and 250 parts other metals) three colour gold wedding bandA type of ring which is an equal width all the way round. They are traditionally used for wedding rings.
that was made in Birmingham in 1880. It has a laurel leaf motif that continues around the ring. The leaves are red and lemon yellow gold. The Laurel is a sign of strength. It is not only a symbol of honour and endurance, but also of peace, nobility and harmony. The background is a lovely buttery yellow gold. The edges are a bobble design. An unusual wedding band. Please note this ring cannot be sized.
