An ornate 15ct62.5% pure gold (or 625 parts pure gold and 375 parts other metals). Popular during the Victorian, Edwardian and Art Deco eras but was discontinued in the mid-1930s. gold chain that was made circa 1860-1880. The chain itself is an unusual double link.Β Each link is joined by small round pieces of gold.Β There are two large ovoid pieces with gold overlay detail in the Etruscan style that was popular at that time. There is a dog clip clasp that completes the look.
