A stylish Art DecoA movement within the arts between the two Great Wars (1920-1935) across Europe and the US, characterized by its clean, geometric designs. His factory was a major player in the production of well designed good quality jewellery in the Art Deco period. He was one of the foremost designers in Pforzheim in the Black Forrest in Southern Germany.
