3.2 Product Availability & Menu

Our collection includes, but is not limited to: Bracelets & Bangles, Brooches, Cufflinks, Dress Rings, Dress Sets, Earrings (all types), Engagement Rings, Eternity & Swivel Rings, Lockets, Men’s Jewellery, Necklaces, Pendants, Rings, Signet Rings, Tie Pins, and Wedding Bands. All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time.

3.3 Hygiene & Personalisation Policy

Due to the intimate and personal nature of antique jewellery, and for reasons of hygiene and bespoke alteration, all types of earrings (Stud, Drop, Small Drop, Non-Pierce) and any item altered post-purchase (e.g., sized, engraved) are final sale and cannot be returned. This policy is in place for the safety and integrity of our collection.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. A contract for sale is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including for reasons of item availability, suspected fraud, or pricing error.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£). Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4.4 Shipping & Delivery

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping (Tracked & Insured): Via DHL/FedEx. £12.95. Delivery in 10-15 business days post-dispatch.
• Free Shipping: On orders over £50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days post-dispatch.
• Service Area: We ship globally, excluding certain remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and subject to customs clearance.
• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and any applicable import duties or taxes in your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Our returns policy is designed with care, respecting both our clients and our antiques.

• Return Period: 15 days from the date you receive the item.
• Eligibility: Item must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and documentation. Earrings and altered items are non-returnable (see 3.3).
• Process: Contact [email protected] within 15 days to initiate a return. You will receive a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions. Returns must be sent to our address in Newport, UK, using a tracked and insured service at your cost, unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of our inspection and approval. Funds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
• Exchanges: Subject to availability. Complimentary shipping for the replacement item is provided if it is of equal or greater value.
