Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship globally (excluding certain remote regions and parts of Asia). Please see our delivery options below:

• Standard Shipping (Tracked & Insured): Via DHL or FedEx.
  • Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Cost: £12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
  • Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to customs clearance procedures in your country.

Our Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your acquisition. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, our returns process is designed with the same care and respect we extend to our antiques.

Important Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate, personal, and often bespoke nature of antique jewellery, we regret that the following items cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and personalised alteration:

• All types of Earrings: Including Stud Earrings, Drop Earrings, Small Drop Earrings, and Non-Pierce Earrings.
• Any item that has been altered post-purchase: This includes pieces that have been sized, engraved, or otherwise modified specifically at your request.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our dedicated team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
2. Receive Authorisation & Instructions: We will respond promptly with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our secure premises:

3. Secure Packaging & Dispatch: Please pack the item with the utmost care, using protective materials. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service (such as DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for your return shipment. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
4. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our experts will inspect the returned item. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange. For exchanges, we will dispatch the new item once the return is approved. Shipping for the replacement item will be complimentary if the exchange is for an item of equal or greater value.

Refund Timeline & Method

• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for the inspection and authorisation process after we receive your return.
• Funds Return: Once authorised, your refund will be initiated immediately. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution’s policies but typically occurs within 5-10 business days.
