An unusual pair of earrings that date from the early 19th century. They are 15ct gold with later 9ct gold wires. They have been pinched collet set with pear shaped citrines that have been foiled at the back. This gives the stones greater luminosity and a lovely warm peachy orange glow. Above the citrines are pinched collet set rock crystals that are also foiled at the back.
A beautiful look when worn.
