It is 9ct37.5% pure gold (or 375 parts pure gold and 625 parts other metals) gold and has been set with naturalA natural stone is called such because it has not been subjected to any treatments.  split pearls that are a lovely creamy colour. It was made circa 1800-1820. It is a medium size so could be worn on the index finger. This ring cannot be sized.
