pendant that was made circa 1820 in France. The charming gold edged miniature has been painted in muted colours and is of a young boy with fishing net and poll with two fish suspended from it. The silver frame has been set with graded pasteGlass made to resemble gem materials, which may be moulded, faceted, carved, etc. and there is a paste set bow on top. On the reverse is a locket with a rather mummified flower within! This can easily be removed. It is in excellent condition.
