An amusing 18ct75% pure gold (or 750 parts pure gold and 250 parts other metals) gold brooch of a frog that was made in the 1960s by Gilbero Scardigli. He was based in 201 Rue de Vincennes, Bagnolet in France. His gold mark was registered in april 1928. The frog has been enamelled in green and his eyes have been set with small diamonds. He has an interesting coily mechanism to attach to clothing that is a very safe solution.
