Edwardian Slim Oval 15ct Gold Locket

A beautiful long oval shaped locket that was made circa 1900-1915. It is 15ct62.5% pure gold (or 625 parts pure gold and 375 parts other metals). Popular during the Victorian, Edwardian and Art Deco eras but was discontinued in the mid-1930s. gold and opens to reveal an inner glazed compartment. It is very slimline and would look good worn on a mid length chain.
