Edwardian 18ct Gold, Diamond & Enamel Horseshoe & Whip Tie Pin

An unusual 18ct75% pure gold (or 750 parts pure gold and 250 parts other metals) gold tie pin that was made circa 1900-1910. It is a highly detailed piece of a horseshoe and a whip. The horseshoe is set with five small diamonds and has been enamelled in Royal blue. The whip has been enamelled in red and yellow. A perfect gift for a horse lover!
