It was made in the Austria during the Austro-Hungarian period, circa 1890, and is set with a clear heart shaped diamond with a round pinkish brown colour diamond above, and small diamonds at intervals. The edges are a cream coloured enamel. It is unusual and looks beautiful when worn.
