18ct Gold, Domed Nephrite & Diamond Ring

The name Nephrite comes from the Greek word ‘nephros’, which means ‘kidney’. It is commonly found in Russia, North America and New Zealand where the Maoris greatly revered this stone. The nephrite in this ring is a lovely deep moss green and is complimented by the angular gold design of the shoulders.  Each side has been set with two small diamonds.  It was made in 1975 when this style was popular.
